Planning Your Fiber Future Speaker Series

Orlando Distaff Day, Inc. is excited to present our first ever virtual speaker series. Planning Your Fiber Future kicks off on July 15 with Laura Bryant of Prism Yarns presenting on How to Choose and Use Color. On August 21, Amy Snell of The Devious Knitter explores What Makes a Pattern Good for You. We wrap up this series on September 18 with Melvenea Hodges of Traditions in Cloth examining the process of Planning a Project for any Handspun (or Commercial) Yarn. By the end of the series, you’ll have all the tools you need to make it easy to plan gifts for the holidays!

You may purchase an individual session for $20 or all three for $50. Orlando Distaff Day, Inc. will record the presentations and you will have access to the recordings of your registered sessions for two weeks following that presentation. For additional policies, please see our Event Policies, Code of Conduct, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Use.
