Event Access
The 2025 Orlando Distaff Day will take place on January 10 and 11, 2025. You must purchase admission to attend. If you purchase Admission in advance, you have access to both days. On Saturday, January 11, you may purchase tickets for admission for the day. Tickets will not be available for onsite purchase on Friday, January 10.

This policy is subject to change at any time prior to and on the days of the event. As of October 21, 2022:
Assumption of Risk
An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and Guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable.
By attending Orlando Distaff Day, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
Masking
Masks are optional, but welcomed, for all volunteers and attendees at Orlando Distaff Day events. If our venue implements a more stringent policy regarding masks, Orlando Distaff Day will defer to the policy of the venue and will communicate this to impacted volunteers and attendees as early as is practicable.
Health Certification
By entering the 2025 Orlando Distaff Day Event at the Wyndham Hotel and Convention Center / Celebration, attendees acknowledge that all of the statements below are true the day(s) they visit the event. If any of the statements are NOT true, attendee should not come to the event and may request a refund of their admission ticket and lunch by filling out the contact form on this website.
- I have not tested positive for COVID-19 through a diagnostic test in the past ten (10) days.
- I have not had reason to complete the CDC’s guidelines for isolation.
- I am not and have not recently experienced (within the last 48 hours) any new or worsening symptoms of COVID-19 including cough, fever, or runny nose.
- I have not had close contact or proximate contact with any person(s) confirmed with a diagnostic test or suspected based on symptoms to have COVID-19 within the past ten (10) days.
Media Waiver
By attending Orlando Distaff Day, Inc. events you understand that photographs and/or audio/video recordings taken at the Event by Orlando Distaff Day, or by others on behalf of Orlando Distaff Day, may include a Participant’s image, name, voice and/or likeness. By attending and/or participating in the Event, you hereby grant permission to Orlando Distaff Day, and their agents, employees, and licensees the right to use the photography and/or audio/video recordings of you and members of your family, without credit or compensation, for any purpose, including but not limited to commercial purposes, in any and all manner and media now known or hereafter devised, through the world in perpetuity. You agree that photographs and/or audio/video recordings of your participation in the Event may be edited at the discretion of Orlando Distaff Day. Furthermore, you grant permission to use your voice and statements, with or without association to your name, for the purpose of advertising and publicity without restriction. You expressly release Orlando Distaff Day, and their agents, employees, and licensees from and against any claims that you have or may have for invasion of privacy, defamation, or any other cause of action arising out of production, distribution, broadcast, or exhibition of this Event. You agree that all intellectual property resulting from the Event is the sole property of Orlando Distaff Day.
Technical Difficulties
While we will do our best to prepare for all eventualities, technical difficulties are sometimes out of our control. Orlando Distaff Day cannot guarantee that everything will run smoothly and cannot guarantee that all advertised activities will take place as originally scheduled.
Refunds
Raffle ticket purchases and table sponsorships are non-refundable. If you are unable to use them as scheduled, they are treated as donations to Orlando Distaff Day, Inc. Event admission is nonrefundable unless you test positive for COVID-19 and are unable to attend the event as a result. Lunch may be refundable if you cancel prior to the date when Orlando Distaff Day must provide our guarantee to the venue. All refunds will be subject to a $5 processing fee.
Cancellation Policy
Orlando Distaff Day, Inc does not anticipate cancelling Orlando Distaff Day or any portion thereof, but in the event of unforeseen circumstances, we will endeavor to reschedule the event rather than cancel.
