Registration Fees

Advance Registration with Box Lunch – $40 – Includes early access on Friday from 6:00 to 9:00 pm, and Saturday at 9:00 am, and a box lunch with your choice of wrap, side item, piece of whole fruit, cookie and lemonade or water.

Advance Registration – $20 – Includes early access on Friday from 6:00 to 9:00 pm, and Saturday at 9:00 am.

On-site Registration – $20 – Includes access from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm on Saturday.

Activities

This year, we have Door Prizes, Gift Exchange, Demos, Raffle Baskets, Silent Auction, and Show and Tell. Project Warmies is returning, so bring any warm items and nonperishable food you’d like to donate! For more information on all these activities, click here.

New for 2023

We are thrilled to announce a new location for 2023, the gorgeous Wyndham Orlando Resort & Conference Center / Celebration. The entire property was renovated in 2021, and everything is crisp, clean and new. The Royal Ballroom offers great lighting with plenty of room to spread out.

We have had to make some changes due to COVID-19 which means that we are no longer able to host a potluck. We are offering the option to pre-purchase box lunches with your choice of wrap, side item, piece of whole fruit, cookie, and lemonade or water. When you register in advance and purchase a box lunch, you will receive a discount on your registration fee. We will still have coffee and hot tea available for all attendees.

We’ve added a new Friday evening segment for the first time at an in-person Orlando Distaff Day event. Exclusive access from 6:00 to 9:00 pm will be available to anyone that registers in advance. Friday evening attendees will get first access to vendor wares, and will get to select their seat for Saturday’s fun.

In another first for our event, we will be hosting a Silent Auction with lots of fabulous items including several full fleeces. Stay tuned for more information.

We are also debuting the option to reserve a table in advance for your organization or group of fiber friends. Each 60″ round comes with room for 8.

We’re very excited to share that the Wyndham has created a room block exclusively for attendees of our event. In addition to a discounted room rate, Guests staying in our room block will pay a discounted resort fee of $10.00 per night.
